Good day.
Today's review will be devoted to another LED light bulbs that I purchased not so long ago in the vastness of Aliexpress. These bulbs are very similar to those “corn” bulbs that I once surveyed, but they have one significant difference: Chinese drivers with a capacitor in the role of ballast are here, theoretically, absent, and some tricky system is hidden inside the case, which has code designation "Smart IC"
In general, I’ve been trying for a long time to switch the lighting in my apartment to LED bulbs, and if the utility and utility rooms (corridors, bathroom, bathroom, pantry and kitchen) are already over, then living rooms are not so smooth. Most of the bulbs I received did not quite meet my requirements, and therefore I was not in a hurry to put them where my family spends most of their free time. All this time I was trying to find something optimal, I needed bulbs with an angle of illumination close to 360 degrees that would have acceptable brightness, low power consumption, low price and, most importantly, would not negatively affect the eyes of my family members, but there weren’t any suitable options. And so, one fine evening, I found out that the Chinese made a “breakthrough” in lamp-building and invented corn, inside which there was no worthless Chinese driver and capacitor, and in their place came the smart chip Smart IC. It was decided to take. And to take in such quantity to completely replace all the bulbs available in the living room. In general, 10 bulbs were ordered: 9 for use and 1 in reserve. Bulbs with 69 SMD5730 LEDs in each were ordered (the exact same bulb, but of an old type, was installed in my pantry - it flickers terribly and its brightness is akin to a 40W incandescent bulb). The seller was chosen by chance, the bulbs were bought here . The lot was drawn up and paid, a few days later the seller gave me the track and the package began its journey. The movement of the parcel from China to Belarus can be seen here.
All the bulbs came in a regular gray plastic bag. Not the safest packaging, I tell you, especially considering what's inside. But despite this, all the bulbs came intact and intact. They come in pretty nice factory packaging, which is a cardboard box with bright and colorful printing. Old corn was delivered in a white cardboard box on which a sticker could be glued to the maximum indicating what was inside. The live content of the package looks like this:
Inside this colorful box, each of the bulbs was packed in a plastic bag.
At the upper end of the plastic dome are holes designed to remove heat.
The bulb size is the same as in the previous version: 102x30 millimeters.
It is time to see if this is true. We open the case and observe the following picture:
We turn the light bulb and see what has come to the place of the old capacitor:
We connect the bulb through the "black box":
Our light shines like this:
All the bulbs have taken their places in the lighting fixtures and so far they are working without any problems. As a conclusion, I can say that the updated version is much better than the old version and the only thing that upsets me is that the filling does not match what the seller promised and I was not able to see Smart IC. So I’m still thinking about what to do with the seller ... In general, I still have conflicting feelings from the purchase, but let's see how these bulbs show themselves during operation, after which it will be possible to draw a more detailed conclusion about their quality.
In principle, that’s all. Thank you for your attention and your time.
